We’re glad you’re here!
The Young Life Camp Year-Long Internship is a discipleship experience that blends real-life camp operations with intentional discipleship and community. Interns spend a year serving alongside a camp team, growing in their relationship with Jesus, developing as leaders, building practical skills, and exploring what lifelong servant-leadership can look like.
Throughout the year, interns play an important role in helping create excellent camping experiences where guests, staff, and volunteers are well cared for. Depending on the camp and program, interns may gain experience in areas such as Guest Services, Food Service, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Landscaping, Retail, Administration, and other parts of camp operations.
Most importantly, this is a year of growth, service, community, and discipleship. Our hope is that interns leave the program knowing Jesus more deeply, better equipped to lead and serve others, and with greater clarity about where God may be calling them next.
Young Life camps offer Year-Long Internship programs with different start times throughout the year. Click on a camp below to learn more about its program.
